Free and open to everyone.

Just show up. No registration required.

Classes are sectioned into 15-20 minutes sequences so there's no wrong time to arrive. Come when you can and join right in.

No one is late and no one is excluded.

First time, total beginners learn new skills and build tactics for better well being.
