My offerings blend movement, visualization, meditation & person centered care. I draw from Taoist lineage, Buddhist practice & years of working with people in crisis and recovery.

Whether you're coming to a donation-based class in the park or a private session at your home, my goal is the same: build the practice, find relief, feel better.
