Guidance to yourself

I’ll even tell you when to breathe. My classes offer as much as you will take. All I need is your willingness to feel better. When we give in, we find beneficial changes within.

If you’re suffering from health conditions like arthritis, chronic pain, depression and other mental health conditions, diabetes, fibromyalgia, insomnia, migraines, obesity, and/or more, you may find some relief with a yoga practice.

Meet Melissa

A passionate and dedicated practitioner with a deep-rooted connection to internal arts and creative expression. My journey on the healing path began in 2004 when discovering Spiritwind Internal Arts in Allentown. I studied Dao Yin Lun Shen, an internal style of yoga that utilizes the transformative power of Daoist 5 element theory, Tai chi, a mindful moving meditation, and BauGau, dragon style Kung Fu.

Developing further my practice in Vinyasa flow style yoga at Shakti Yoga, embracing the fluidity and grace inherent in these forms. Pursued a 200 YTT (Yoga Teacher Training) in Unified Yoga at Peak Beings, delving into the physical mechanics of these ancient practices. Currently, a disciple within the Thundering Dragon Dharmapala Linage, a branch of Vajrayana Buddhism.

I aim to make a profound impact as an instructor and practitioner, bringing a unique blend of expertise in spiritual healing, movement, internal arts, and energy work.
